    • User: Any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the services provided by the Company.

    • Services: All forms of certification, consultancy, training, and administrative services managed by the Company.

    • Confidential Information: All documents, data, or communications that are restricted and protected under company regulations and Indonesian law.

  1. SCOPE

    These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between users and PT Prolab Sertifikasi Indonesia, covering:

    • Access to and use of certification services.

    • Management of data and confidentiality of information.

    • Rights and obligations of users and the Company.

    • Dispute resolution and applicable legal basis.

  1. LEGAL BASIS

    The implementation of services and the formulation of these Terms and Conditions refer to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including:

    • Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

    • Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) and its amendment (Law No. 19 of 2016).

    • Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure (KIP Law).

    • Law Number 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets.

    • Ministerial regulations related to standardization, certification, and accreditation.

  1. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

    • Users have the right to receive services in accordance with applicable procedures and to obtain objective certification results.

    • Users are obligated to provide accurate, valid, and relevant data and information required for certification.

    • Users must maintain the confidentiality of information obtained from the Company.

    • Users are prohibited from misusing documents, certificates, or certification reports for unlawful purposes.

  1. COMPANY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

    • The Company has the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel services if violations of the terms and conditions are found.

    • The Company is obligated to provide services in accordance with accreditation standards, procedures, and government regulations.

    • The Company must maintain the confidentiality of user data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • The Company has the right to record, monitor, and supervise the use of its services.

  1. INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY

    All data, documents, and information managed by the Company are protected in accordance with the ITE Law, Trade Secrets Law, and related regulations.

    Users are prohibited from disclosing, trading, or misusing Company information without written permission.

    Violations of these provisions will be subject to administrative, civil, and/or criminal sanctions.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The Company is not responsible for any losses arising from users’ negligence in using the services or information.

    The Company is only liable for official services provided in accordance with the agreed procedures and scope.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    In the event of a dispute, users and the Company agree to first resolve it through deliberation.

    If deliberation does not reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved through legal mechanisms under the jurisdiction of the District Court in Indonesia.

  1. AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    PT Prolab Sertifikasi Indonesia reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs or changes in government regulations.

  1. CONSENT STATEMENT

    By using the services of PT Prolab Sertifikasi Indonesia, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions, and agree to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
