APPEAL
Each client has the right to appeal decisions regarding laboratory test results, as well as the granting, refusal, suspension, withdrawal, and/or reduction of the certification scope determined by PT PROLAB SERTIFIKASI INDONESIA.
1.Appeal Submission
Clients Submit the appeal in writing via email to :
2.Appeal Validation
PROLAB Document and examine the appeal submitted.
3.Appeals Committee Formation
PROLAB Form an Appeals Committee consisting of three personnel who are not involved in the evaluation and/or decision-making activities.
4.Appeal Investigation
The Appeals Committee conducts an investigation of the submitted appeal. The results of the investigation constitute the decision issued by the Appeals Committee.
5.Communication of the Appeal Decision
The Appeals Committee communicates its decision to PROLAB and the Client submitting the appeal.
6.Follow-up on the Appeal Decision
Taking into account its capabilities, PROLAB shall take action based on the decision of the Appeals Committee.
7.Dispute Resolution
If the decision of the Appeals Committee is not accepted by PROLAB or the Client submitting the appeal, it shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
