R E G U L A T I O N

Minister of Industry Regulation No. 7 of 2025 governs the mandatory compliance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for a specified list of household electronic products. The purpose of this regulation is to ensure consumer safety, build trust, and guarantee product quality in the domestic market.
Minister of Industry Regulation No. 75 of 2024 governs the mandatory implementation of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for certain audio-video devices, including televisions and related electronics. This regulation comes into effect on June 2, 2025, and aims to ensure product safety, consumer protection, and enhance industry competitiveness. The regulation replaces the previous regulation (Ministerial Regulation No. 15 of 2018) and refers to SNI IEC 62368-1:2014 as the applicable technical standard.
Minister of Industry Regulation No. 45 of 2022 governs the mandatory implementation of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for certain industrial products, both domestically produced and imported. This regulation aims to ensure public safety, environmental protection, consumer rights, and to enhance the competitiveness of the national industry.
