R E G U L A T I O N

Minister of Industry Regulation No. 7 of 2025 mandates mandatory compliance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for a specific list of household electronic products. The purpose of this regulation is to ensure consumer safety, build trust, and ensure product quality in the domestic market.
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 113.K/EK/07/DJE/2021 establishes minimum energy performance standards (SKEM) and energy-saving labels for household refrigerators to ensure energy efficiency. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 162.K/EK.07/DJE/2023 establishes minimum energy performance standards (SKEM) and mandatory energy-saving labels (1-5 stars) for flat-screen televisions manufactured or sold in Indonesia.
